ccessibility Arrangements – Youlead
Youlead invests significant efforts and resources to provide all its customers with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service.
In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted under it, we invest ongoing efforts and substantial resources to implement the necessary accessibility adaptations. These adaptations aim to enable individuals with disabilities to receive the same services offered to all clients — independently and equally.
Accessibility Arrangements at Physical Locations
Our customer service center is located at:
1 HaOfeh Street, 2nd floor, Tel Mond (Beit Tevet Logistics)
Disabled parking is available in the Beit Tevet Logistics building.
There is continuous accessible access from the parking area through the building entrance to the service center (including elevators).
Accessible service counters are available in the reception area.
Assistive hearing devices (hearing loops) have been installed.
Accessible restrooms for disabled individuals are available in the building lobby and on various floors.
Directional and identification signage is present.
Service animals are permitted in the customer service center.
If needed, customer service representatives are available to assist with filling out forms.

Employee training for accessible service: Our staff receive training to understand accessibility, raise awareness, and acquire practical tools for providing accessible service.
Accessible call center: Our automated phone system is accessible, delivering information clearly and without background music.
